Feral woman strikes again!

There is literally no reason for this behavior. There is no plumbing issue. This is a bathroom in a secure area not open to the public. So I ask, WHO is the feral woman who has zero regard for anyone else who uses this restroom?? The paper does not appear to be soiled so is it the handiwork of someone who vigorously twists  the delicate layers of squares to rid themselves of their anxiety or perhaps to reduce a fit of rage? Or could it be the remnants of a rogue raccoon attempting to make a home in the nearby trash receptacle?

Strangely this is becoming a regular occurrence. Only time will reveal the true culprit. 🕵️‍♀️
